THIS my friends, is my version of the #charlieraglan by ✨Courtney✨ of @ilovetinderbox The pattern is free & featured right now on @the.hook.nook blog! This isn't just a crochet raglan - the linked stitches means you don't get the little gaps characteristic to dc crochet fabric, making for an even & hole-free result. Linked sts also means you can get a surprisingly dense fabric using a fine yarn whilst still sticking to gauge, which is what I did here. I was a bit of a naughty tester & went off piste with yarn weight/hook size; instead of bulky yarn, I used a super fine single ply pure #gotlandwool yarn (fine but with a fluffy halo) from @libbstickagarn which called for a 7mm hook for me to still meet gauge - and, well, you can see the result: still pretty solid fabric! And it is literally the warmest thing I ever made, yet light as a feather! LOVE it! #ilovetinderbox #libbstickagarn #thehooknook #crochetsweater #virkadtröja #ullochpiano #gotlandsull #crochetgirlgang #thehooknookers
